Refund policy

Returns:

30 days maximum from shipping date to obtain Return Authorization Number. Contact us at info@stringstalker.com or fill out the requesting a Return Authorization Number along with reason for the return. This number must be placed on the outside of the carton or your merchandise or it will be refused by our receiving department.
Item(s) must be in new, resalable condition – unworn and unwashed.
All Return Authorization Numbers will be cancelled after 30 days of issuing the number

Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.
